Conditions:

• Package may be purchased as a gift, however the time limit for each package remains and is not the same as standard gift vouchers;
• Some treatments are medical, if Dr Caswell does not feel that it is appropriate for you to undergo that treatment a replacement treatment will be negotiated to the same value, however there is no cash refund offered for that part of the package;
• The price is inclusive of all items on the package, and the discount offered is exclusive to the packages;
• Packages are as they are, items cannot be swapped;
• All treatments must be booked in at an appointed time, your technician will be appointed for you;
• Home care regimes cannot be exchanged once dispensed, however Dr Caswell will ensure that you are suited to the products;
• Packages are offered at the Moree and Armidale sites, you must select which clinic you will undertake your treatment at;
• If brought as a gift, the package is not exchangeable for cash or other treatments;
• Packages are subject to our standard booking system with Dr Caswell;
• If you cannot complete the package within the time limit you may forgo the parts of your package not completed, exceptions will be granted only by Dr Caswell and Mrs Eccles.
  
  

Our Appointment Booking System

• Dr Caswell’s clinic days are very popular and Eyra Clinics fill up fast
• As a curtesy, a pre-booked appointment is made following your visit with Dr Caswell
• An appointment card is sent three months in advance to notify you of this curtesy appointment
• If the appointment time is not convenient for you, please contact Eyra Medical and Skin Clinic on 02-67521333 to reschedule
• We understand people lead busy lives, so closer to your appointment time, a staff member will contact you as a friendly reminder to check that your appointment time is convenient for you
• It is important that you have a number that we can leave a secure message, to protect your privacy
